New for 2015!
- All Progressive Strength Training classes will be offered on a Monday/Wednesday format
- Class times offered include 8AM, *9:15 AM, *11:30 AM, 4:30 PM, 6:45 PM (*These classes are 45 minutes)
- 8 AM Option: Add Friday as a third day for a discounted rate or chose it as one of your 2 classes each week
Resuming for 2015!
- Kettlebell Cardio , 4 week session on Monday or Wednesday evening AND Saturday Mornings! DYNAMAX Medicine Balls and Battle Ropes may be incorporated into this session
- 2.2.1 X-Train X-Press Program, our newest program offered 3 days a week with a 45 minute class
- Sunday Funday with Mel Garrsion resumes January 4th!
