Strength training is one of the 5 components of fitness. This all weight lifting class will be progressive in nature as we learn new exercises and progress through different types of lifting programs. Strength training is key whether you are trying to lose weight or just maintain where you are. Our muscles are what contribute to our metabolic rate and if you are not currently strength training on a regular basis you are losing muscle as you read this! Start lifting weights today! *Participants should be free from any musculoskeletal injuries when registering as the program is not designed to cater to specific individual needs.
Class make up policy
I understand you may not be able to attend every class. There will be no refunds for missed classes. You may attend a class at another time frame if needed, as long as I have an open spot for you. Please contact me to confirm availability.
