This beginner level mat class will take you through the classic exercises developed by Joseph Pilates. Increase your core strength, improve your balance, flexibility and body awareness. Apply these principles to your daily activities to improve your posture and stand taller!

Class make up policy
I understand you may not be able to attend every class. No refunds will be given for missed classes. You may attend another class during the 6 week session your schedule allows. Please contact me to assure I have an open mat for you. If you know in advance you will not be able to attend class please let me know so I can offer your mat to someone else should the need arise. Thank you for your cooperation with this!
