Mixed Level Hatha Yoga

RT200 certified Yoga Instructor


This Mixed-Level Hatha yoga class is designed to strengthen and stretch the entire body with both standing and seated poses, followed by yogic breathing techniques to calm the mind. You will learn various meditation techniques to help you manage stress more efficiently throughout your day.
The evening class will be illuminated with candlelight as well as our ambient lighting at the studio to help you end your day in a perfectly relaxed state...we hope you come join us
