Come hang out with Registered Dietitian, Beth Stark & Holistic Health Coach, Teresa Duttinger! Together they will teach you how to ditch the crash diet and enjoy flavorful whole foods that nourish your body and power an active lifestyle. The program will focus on giving you the tools you need to succeed in acheiving your health and fitness goals! You don't want to miss this informative program!

Nu-Fit Schedule

Week #1 ~ Wed.March 27 ~ Let's get started
     How to incorporate fitness in to your weight loss program, tracking your weekly exercise and nutrition
Week #2 ~ Pre Program Fitness Assessment, Strength Training Program begins
Weeks #3 through 8 
     Nu~Fit meetings held on Wednesdays @ 5:45
     Strength Training Program continues 
     Choose your Yoga/Pilates class each week
     Drop in Cardio Classes are Sat/Sun, be sure to take advantage of them!
Wednesday May 22, 5:45 final weigh in & celebration!

Nu~Fit Challenge Components/GOALS
* Complete the Pre Program Fitness Assessment
* Set your GOAL!
* Complete each of the following fitness requirements throughout the 6 weeks of Nu-Fit
    *200-300 minutes of cardio activity/week
    *2 days of strength training/week 
    *6 Yoga/Pilates Classes    
    *Attendance at 5 Nu-Fit meetings
* Complete your Post Program Fitness Assessment
* Meet the GOAL you set at the start of the program

After successfully completing all the challenges listed above you will qualify for a $50 Gift Certificate to use towards your next program at Physiques. It's time to celebrate you!
