The Pilates Studio began in 2004. 
After receiving my Matwork certification in I saw a need in our local area for Pilates Classes taught by trained instructors, and so my journey began. July of 2011 I was able to move my studio to my current location! Physiques specializes in Pilates Mat and Small Group Personal Training Programs. We currently offer 3 weekly Mat Classes, several time frames of Progressive Strength Training Classes. We recently added a cross training program, 2.2.1 X-Train X-Press and Saturday and Sunday offer drop in cardio classes! Physiques caters to those individuals who enjoy small group classes in a serene atmosphere. Private appointments can be scheduled for Personal Training and/or the Pilates Reformer. Now with 2 locations to serve you better.

I have been teaching group fitness classes in the area as an ACE certified instructor since 1993. In that time I have also pursued my ACE Personal Training certificate, Pilates Mat certification, Reformer Foundations 1. I strive to bring "quality" instruction and fun to my participants. Owning and operating the small group studio is a very fulfilling opportunity I am proud to be able to do!
Training clients on the Pilates Reformer has been a long time goal for me and I am excited to be able to offer this unique service to the community. Pilates improves posture, increases flexibility and teaches body awareness. 
I have found that many of my participants are feeling the core and posture  strengthening benefits found in Pilates. Pilates is challenging yet mentally de-stressing. Pilates has a great vibe!
