   Progressive Strength Training

60 Minute Class
AM & PM Options Available

45 Minute Lunch Time Class
Tues/Thurs 11:30 - 12:15 PM


* Classes meets 2 days each week.
* PST is offered in 6 week sessions
* An email will be sent out when a new session is forming
* Class size is limited to 8-10 participants
* Registration is required to attend. 
Payment options: 
1. Pay the entire amount due on the first day of class
2. Split payments available for the 6 week session format!
